“Had strep throat and cleared it within 2 days. Had a bad reaction to antibiotics so took another route with this honey and it's amazing. Also noticed it clearing my skin up. With strep throat I took one teaspoon in the morning and one and night and it really helped. Also this batch was reduced because of its BBE October 2023. Having done some research I could actually see this makes the honey stronger and just means the sugar my crystallise which it hasn't. So got it half price and in my opinion more bang for my buck!”

Helped to ease a very bad cold.
“I had read about the benefits of Manuka honey so when I had a very bad cold I thought Manuka honey might help. Bought it at a very good price and took half a spoonful in the morning and half at night, I dissolved it in warm water and fresh lemon juice. It certainly eased my symptoms. Marvellous. Will certainly use it again.”
