Designed to be worn internally, lower than a tampon, the Mooncup collects rather than absorbs the menstrual fluid. It holds three times more than a regular tampon so covers light to heavy days. Find a comfortable sitting, standing, squatting or kneeling position Fold the Mooncup Keeping the Mooncup folded, hold it firmly with your finger and thumb insert and guide the Mooncup up and towards your back Empty your Mooncup every 4 - 8 hours

“I am using the mooncup for the first time. It does feel a little different to using tampons, although definitely not uncomfortable, l can feel it in place. It is easy to use (l had a practice before my period arrived) and easy to clean. It will take a little time to get used to, but knowing l don't need to buy tampons every month and the resulting waste bin full is a real bonus!”
