Find a comfortable sitting, standing, squatting or kneeling position Fold the Mooncup Keeping the Mooncup folded, hold it firmly with your finger and thumb insert and guide the Mooncup up and towards your back Empty your Mooncup every 4 - 8 hours

“Used this for the first time today. Seemed easy enough to insert and to trim the stem. However, I still had to wear a pad as i had a fair bit of leakage, whether thats because i inserted it incorrectly im unsure. Removing the cup seemed to be the tricky part for me and for a few minutes I panicked thinking it may be stuck. I managed to remove it but the removal is messy which im not to keen on. The mooncup can also still cause TSS even though ive read on other sites it dosent. Not sure what to make of this product yet but ill keep trying.”
