Always read the label before use
Speak to your doctor first if you take medication for diabetes, high blood pressure, or blood thinners such as warfarin. Black seed oil may add to their effects.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: avoid internal use during pregnancy. Check with a midwife or GP if breastfeeding.
Surgery: stop taking it at least two weeks before any planned operation.
Patch test on the inside of the elbow, 24 hours, before use on skin or scalp.
Stick to one teaspoon a day. More is not better.
