How To Use: Take 1–2 teaspoons daily directly or mixed with honey, juice or warm water to support digestion, immunity and general wellbeing. For skin, apply a few drops to clean skin to hydrate and soothe. For hair and scalp, massage in and leave for a period before washing out. Can also be warmed and used as a chest rub for respiratory comfort. Store in a cool, dry place, keep tightly sealed and use within 12 months of opening. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children. Consult a healthcare professional before use if taking prescribed medications.

Directions:

Internal use: Start with ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) daily and increase to 1 teaspoon (5ml) as tolerated. Take directly, drizzle over food, or stir into warm water, honey and lemon. Can also be used in low-heat cooking. Not suitable for children.

Topical use: Apply a small amount directly to cleansed skin or scalp. Massage gently and leave to absorb. For hair use, apply to the scalp and along the hair shaft, leave for 20–30 minutes, then wash out. Perform a patch test before first use.
