“A good basic product that provides the essential salts and minerals that the body needs to replace after long runs, particularly in hot conditions. I suffered from post exercise cramps after some longer and faster summer runs; I haven’t had any problems since taking these tablets. The tablets are also a lot cheaper than the expensive specialist sports brands. My only regret is that this is a tablet that needs to be taken just before, during or straight after exercises rather than as a soluble powder than can be mixed with a sports drink.”

Life changing
“I always alwayssss get headaches after any athletic activities - running / gym class or weights etc. It was really frustrating and it wouldn't matter if I had eaten or drunk a lot before or after the gym it would always happen (maybe eating before would make them less severe but they would still come!) I first tried some everfescent tablets you pop in water which were fine but I still had a mini headache in the background. Decided to get these with some other purchases and wowee I'm so glad I did! They are absolutely brilliant! To be honest I have ignored the directions as it says take before or during activity...I take it as soon as I come home and it's absolutely worked wonders! I even went to the gym, came home, took a tablet and then went straight out on a dog walk! I absolutely would of not of been able to do this before these tablets without resigning myself to a day of pain!”
