Causes bloating, please avoid
“I had tried another pro-ven product several times, ProVen Probiotics For Adults (not containing enzymes), and was very happy with it. This one however seems to give me really bad bloating, I suspect it has to do with the enzymes, I very rarely get bloating but since taking these I’ve been bloated all the time. Please avoid this product or check with a doctor, I have stopped taking it.”

“As a coeliac I had problems with constantly feeling bloated and found it difficult digesting certain foods. Having done a little bit of online research about taking probiotics I decided to give this product a go. Within 24hrs of taking one tablet with lunch and dinner I was amazed at how much better my stomach felt. Within 3days the bloating was almost gone, and I was starting to feel comfortable in my clothes again rather than looking like I was pregnant all the time! I must say that I also take peppermint oil tablets too and find the combo of the two products has really sorted out the problem.”
