HOW TO USE: Take 1 friendly bacteria capsule and 1 vitamin and mineral capsule daily with breakfast. Friendly bacteria capsule can either be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or drink. Suitable for long term use. IF TAKING ANTIBIOTICS: Take 1 friendly bacteria capsule and 1 vitamin and mineral capsule daily. Allow at least 2 hours between taking your antibiotic and Probio7 50 Plus. STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
