“I’ve been taking these tablets throughout my first trimester and haven’t had any issues. I have them after I have eaten a substantial breakfast, they are fairly large but if you tip your head forwards (as opposed to backwards that you might do with pin killers etc) before swallowing they float to the back of your throat (as they’re light in weight) and you can swallow them quite easily I found. I had a very healthy and happy dating scan which I believe these tablets have helped contribute to”
