“We’ve created these supplements to support both parent and baby – simple, safe and in line with health guidance,” says our nutritionist. “Our special formulation includes 10µg of vitamin D, the level recommended by the UK Department of Health for anyone who is breastfeeding, to help maintain normal immune function and overall wellbeing.” Alongside this, we’ve added riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12, which work together to help reduce tiredness and fatigue – all in one thoughtful blend.

How to take
