For Dry Brushing:
Before showering, brush on dry skin using long, sweeping strokes toward the heart. Begin at the feet, move up the legs, then brush from hands toward shoulders. Use gentle circular motions on the abdomen and lower back.

For Wet Use:
In the bath or shower, apply your favourite cleanser and brush in circular motions to create a light lather while polishing the skin.

Finish with a cool rinse and massage in body oil or moisturiser using upward strokes to lock in hydration and enhance your glow.

Brush Care: If using dry, tap the brush to remove dead skin debris. Handwash the bristles occasionally in warm soapy water, rinse and shake well to remove excess water and air dry with the bristles facing down.
