Use on dry skin before showering. Brush gently — never press hard. Start above the collarbones, then brush legs toward the groin and arms toward the underarms using light, upward strokes. Shower, then moisturise. Use 2–3 times weekly. Avoid sensitive or broken skin.

Wet Ritual (Gentle Renewal):
