Taking the difficulty out of healthy baking, this mix creates delicious and nutritious chocolate chip cookies in 3 simple steps.

Directions:

1. Prep. Preheat the oven to (180°C / 160°C Fan / 350°F / Gas Mark 4). Melt 3 large tablespoons of coconut oil and allow it to cool for 2 minutes. Line your tray with parchment paper.

2. Make. Mix the water, coconut oil (2x scoops) and cookie mix together until well blended. With your hands, roll the mixture into even balls, place on the baking tray and flatten.

3. Bake. Bake in the centre of the oven for 15-17 minutes or until the edges become golden.
