Tried for the first time unable to sleep because of pain++in my knees Instead of waking up at 3am I now sleep till about 6 am definitely will buy again.

Dose what it says on the box. I take 1 early evening then 2 half hour before I go to bed and that chills and relaxes me and in get a good night sleep

Pleased with them. I dont use them every night. Only when I have maybe gone short on sleep over 2 or 3 nights. Then when I take one it seems they help me have a good night's sleep for several days.
