“Further to my previous review, as I had paid for these tablets I thought I should give them the benefit and give them one more go. A big mistake, they kept me on the edge most of the night, very unsettled and agitated for the first three hours then feeling very flat. Never again.”

“Tried a pack of 40 and it worked for me. It doesn't work just by simply taking tablets, people need to know that you must not eat 3hrs before you intend to fall asleep. If you are stressed for some reason the supplement wouldn't work. Stop watching tele or using phone etc an hour before. Surprisingly i had much more peaceful and uninterrupted sleeps with pleasant dreams. Everyone is different because with my partner it didn't work out. On some occasions i struggled falling asleep too but i would say 7/10 it was good. Give it a Go. Just try and follow take measures that aid a peaceful sleep.”
