Hi Omega 3-6-9 is good products to take couples times during the year. Solgar i find is a good maker. i choosed H&B because was the convenient price for this product at the time when i did the purchase. Thank you H& B and for other products!

Massive but I could swallow them
The size of the pill is massive, I was very worried at first but I am managing to swallow them. What I can't swallow is the HB Vitamin C pills. I would recommend them if you can drink big pills.
