Our capsules contain 500mg of Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate providing 21% calcium as well as 150mg of Aquamin, a highly bioavailable source of minerals and rich in calcium.

AKG is a chemical that the body produces naturally but levels decline as we age.

Directions

Take 2-4 capsules daily with or after food.

Cautions

  An upper limit of 2000mg of calcium daily is considered to be generally safe. Excessive levels of calcium intake can lead to adverse health conditions.

  There is a small risk of interaction between calcium supplements and thiazide diuretics and calcium channel blockers. Calcium supplements may reduce the effectiveness of these medications, resulting in an increase in blood pressure. Calcium does not interact with other high blood pressure medication, such as ACE inhibitors, beta blockers or other diuretics. If unsure, check with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist before taking calcium.
