“Glad I found these calcium tablets. The calcium carbonate make me constipated but these don't. They are hard to swallow as they are big, but I suck them a bit first. I haven't been able to get them in the shops so order them on line and pick them up in store.”

Dangerous to swallow
“I have just received my first order of these. Others had commented that they are large but I have never had any problem swallowing large tablets or capsules before, so I ignored these reviews. These are not just very large, they also have a very dry surface. Some tablets have smooth coating but not these. Also, the fact you need to take 4 to get the recommended dosage makes them even worse! I can still feel a scratch in my throat from where one nearly got stuck. I shan't be ordering them again but hope that it'll be OK to crush them because I'm certainly not risking trying to swallow them whole again.”
