Directions

Take 1-2 capsule per day with food

Red Yeast Rice extract (3% Monacolin K) 49.5mg

    providing 1.49mg Monacolin K

Coenzyme Q10 – 100mg

    fermented from rhodobacteria

Policosanol – Spine Date seed extract – (60% octacosanol) 32.5mg

    extracted from spine date seed (Ziziphus jujuba)

    providing 19.5mg octacosanol

Rice bran 300mg

Vegan capsule shell size 0

Important Note: Whilst red yeast rice is a natural ingredient it should be noted that monacolin K, the main active compound in red yeast rice, can cause similar side effects to statins, particularly lovastatin. For example, muscle pain and weakness and gastrointestinal disruption.

However, red yeast rice extract’s synergistic actions could help to avoid the side effects similar to statins when taken at the correct dosage. It is, therefore, vital to know the monacolin K content of your red yeast rice supplement.
