Solgar CoQ-10 200mg Vegi Capsules offer a source of Coenzyme Q10 to those with a meat-free lifestyle. Free of corn, yeast, wheat and dairy products, these capsules have been formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavours or colours.
Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance made by our bodies. Once produced, it is then used by our cells. CoQ-10 is naturally found in every cell of the body with especially high levels in the heart, skeletal muscles and other tissues with high energy requirements. As we age, our bodies produce less and less CoQ-10. This vegetarian formulation has been especially formulated as a food supplement for adults who do not eat meat.
