Our maca capsules contain red, black and yellow maca root extract sourced from Peru. The 300mg capsules contain the equivalent of 1,500mg of raw maca root!
Maca is a known adaptogen and provides a variety of minerals, fatty acids and amino acids.
Take 1-2 capsules daily at least 30 minutes before food. It stomach upset occurs, take with food.
