Award winning TIANA Pure Organic and Unpasteurised Honey contains antibacterial complex with a Diastatic Activity 10+. Completely different to other honey due to availability of enzymes, Diastase, Invertase and Catalase, which are important for your health.
As per EU Directives on honey: enzyme Diastase, available in raw unpasteurised honey, is the only factor to measure quality and activity of honey. Sourced from the exquisite wild flowers of the mountains and cold pressed extracted at temperatures below 40°c to guarantee the active nutrients.
