How to use:
Carefully peel one patch from the plastic backing by lifting a corner. Apply the patch to a clean, relatively hair-free area of the body; the inner arm is ideal. After 24 hours, replace it with a new patch in a slightly different location to help prevent adhesive allergies. Any adhesive residue can be washed off with warm, soapy water.
