True Gum is a plastic free, vegan and sugar free chewing gum made on a chicle tree sap gum base. Sweetened with plant-based sweeteners xylitol and steviolglycosides and with all natural flavours.

Good taste
The gum has a good taste and does become hard to chew with use. Good for cleaning teeth between meals if brushing is not an option. It is both plastic and sugar free.

These are only OK. They seem very chalky and can easily be swallowed as very crumbly and not a gum consistency
