Directions:
Adults: 2 tablets, Children: 1 tablet. Tablets to be sucked or chewed. Unless otherwise directed: take 1 dose every 2 hours for the first 6 doses. Thereafter take 1 dose when required.

Good - do the job
My homeopath prescribed me this due to mental fatigue. Since I'm taking them I am feeling ok, but I cannot assure if is because of them or not. Confusing. But are soft tablets that do the job in my case.
