You should talk to your doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner if your period pains persist, bloating, unexplained weight loss or blood in the stools occurs. If you feel dizzy or tired, do not drive or use machines. Excessive intake of alcohol should be avoided.

If symptoms worsen, or persist after 5-7 days, depending on how long your period lasts, consult a doctor.

Directions:

Adult women and girls over 12 years: 10-15 drops to be taken in a small glass of water 2-4 times a day for up to 7 days. The maximum daily dose is 60 drops.
