- 3/4 cup coconut milk or almond milk
- 2 tbs spirulina powder
- 2 tbs oats
- 1/2 avocado (ripe)
- 1 ripe banana peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cups pineapple peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1/2 ripe mango peeled, chopped and frozen
- banana chips
- chia seeds
- crushed walnuts
- goji berries
- 10 drops 2.75% Jacob Hooy CBD oil (CBD oil is only suitable for 18 years+)
Place the milk, fruit, oats, and spirulina powder into a blender.
Whizz up until smooth.
Pour straight into a bowl, decorate with your toppings and enjoy!
