If you are chocolate obsessed, then this fridge cake with satisfy all your chocolate dreams. The honey adds sweetness while the muesli will keep you fuelled throughout the day!
Line a 900g loaf tin with greased baking parchment.
Take a saucepan, fill halfway with water and bring to the boil, reduce down to a simmer.
Take a large mixing bowl, put in the butter, broken up chocolate and the honey - then place the bowl on top of the saucepan and remove from the heat.
Gently stir the chocolate until melted and add the museli.
Pour the chocolate mix into the lined loaf tin. Smooth out so that it is level and put it into the fridge.
To serve, remove from the fridge, run a pallette knife around the cake and remove from the tin. Cut into roughly 30 pieces. They will keep nicely in the fridge.
