Directions:

Take one sachet before exercise and up to 3 x 30mg sachets every hour, as required or recommended by your nutritionist. No need to take with water but ensure you stay hydrated. Can be blended with water for an energy drink. Buzz Power is an energy supplement and is not a substitute for a balanced diet.
