“Better than I thought it was going to be given that it is gluten free. It definitely is dry, a bit chalky but I've had worser GF products. This holds together and tastes good to. I poured real maple syrup on mine which made it even better! Good combination of ingredients. Likely to buy again in the future and would recommend it.”
