“I can add this to smoothies and cereals without it interfering with the taste and it mixes well. I like the fact that is doesn't have a lot of additional ingredients. However I can't say I noticed any improvement in any of the symptoms that I took the product for so the jury is out on whether collagen supplementation has any effect on the body, so don't expect miracles.”

Definitely doing something positive
“I’ve been using this now for about 6 months. I can’t say I’ve noticed a positive difference in my skin, but that could be my age. But my hair is the longest it’s ever been and my nails are growing much longer/splitting less. And it’s flavourless, so it’s no hardship to take in my tea daily.”
