Full ingredients
207g of beef used for every 100g of biltong. Beef, Spirit vinegar, Sea Salt, Seasoning (Coriander, Garlic Powder, Chilli, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Clove, Cayenne, Salt, Rapeseed oil), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Nitrite).
