What changed??
“I've been using this shampoo for 3+ years, and though it tangles my hair and makes it feel dry, I felt it made me hair look fuller. Little by little, the shampoo started to charge over the last year. First they changed the formula and I started to experience hair loss. Then they changed the bottle and the lid doesn't travel well at all. Finally, the shampoo started to leave my hair very oily. The last straw is the last month, I've been breaking out in welts and acne all over my scalp - painful ones at that! I thought I'd developed a skin disease until I switched to another shampoo brand and a week later, the acne that I've had for almost a month, has gone. What in the world have they done to this shampoo?? No more of it for me!”

Very watery,not worthy
“It seems to be diluted with water, very watery,lost too much hair,more than pictures, no foam after pouring a lot,even if I have short hair, can't use it a few times, the price is not worth it, the smell is not good when washing hair, really don't like it, not packaged separately with nutritients which leaks everywhere!took an hour to clean, open the lids and dry all!”
