What Is It: A single-herb Ayurvedic supplement made from 100% pure, organic Fresh-Ground® Wild Yam, freshly hand-ground in our London workshop. Traditionally known as a women's herb, Wild Yam contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens and has long been used to support female health through hormonal transitions, particularly menopause. How To Use: Take 2 capsules daily with warm water, either on an empty stomach or just before bedtime, or as directed by your practitioner. Store in a cool, dark place; do not use if the seal is broken. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
