How to Use Your Gua Sha

Cleanse Your Face

Start with freshly cleansed skin to remove makeup, oil, and impurities.

Apply a Facial Oil or Serum

Apply a few drops of facial oil or serum to help the tool glide smoothly across the skin and prevent tugging.

Begin at the Neck

Hold the gua sha at a 15–30° angle and gently glide downward along the sides of the neck toward the collarbones. This helps encourage lymphatic drainage and prepares the pathways for fluid movement.

Move to the Jawline

Using gentle upward and outward strokes, glide from the centre of the chin along the jawline toward the earlobes to help sculpt and define the face.

Work Across the Cheeks

Sweep the tool from the sides of the nose outward toward the ears to support circulation and reduce puffiness.

Focus on the Forehead

Glide upward from the eyebrows toward the hairline using slow, gentle strokes to release tension and promote circulation.
