Using Your Face Roller

Begin at the Neck

Using the larger roller, gently roll downward along the sides of the neck toward the collarbones to help encourage lymphatic drainage.

Move Across the Face

Roll upward and outward across the jawline, cheeks, and forehead using light pressure to help refresh and contour the skin.

Under the Eyes

Using the smaller roller, gently roll from the inner corners outward toward the temples to help reduce puffiness and soothe the under-eye area.

Using Your Gua Sha

Begin at the Neck

Hold the gua sha at a 15–30° angle and gently glide downward along the sides of the neck toward the collarbones.

Move to the Jawline and Cheeks

Using gentle upward and outward strokes, glide from the centre of the chin toward the earlobes and from the nose outward toward the ears to help sculpt and define the face.

Focus on the Forehead

Glide upward from the eyebrows toward the hairline using slow, gentle strokes to release tension and promote circulation.

Finish with the Neck

Complete your ritual by gently gliding or rolling downward along the sides of the neck toward the collarbones to support lymphatic drainage.
