Feels cliche, but they've changed my life.
“I have been taking these a few months now, and before I took them I: - Had bad nerve pain in my leg which I could barely stand or walk - Periods were 40+ days - Periods were incredibly heavy, emotional - Anxiety / panic attacks was through the roof. Now before I continue, this review is my experience and how they helped me. Within just a few weeks of taking these supplements my leg pain cleared up, I have been experiencing much less anxiety and my periods are now like clockwork! (along with not being as heavy and not as painful). I am so glad that I started taking these supplements, I'm on my third bottle of them and I plan to keep taking them. I hadn't tried any other ones, these are my first and honestly - they've just changed my life so very much. My only negative, they've not helped with my energy levels, at least, not what I have noticed. I still get incredibly low energy before my period. But, with all the other benefits I've had from these? I'm going to keep taking them.”

Good for pms, not as good for pmdd.
“Recently diagnosed with pmdd. I bought those tablets as recommended by the store. I started from one tablet a day however I noticed slight improvement of my symptoms after taking two a day. Unfortunately, those aren't reducing the symptoms significantly so now I am going to try to compose my own mix containing Angus, b6, calcium and magnesium as well as prime rose oil. I would recommend the tablets to someone with pms but for pmdd those are too weak.”

Diarrhoea!!
“I brought this about 2 weeks ago. I am definitely feeling more relaxed and my period is due any day. Obviously i want to wait for a few periods before I can say for sure it's worked but happy so far! However, the instructions say either one capsule twice a day or two capsules once a day. I decided that for ease, I would take two caps once a day. I developed quite bad diarrhoea and hadn't tied the two together until I was reading the ingredients to a friend who said the top two listed ingredients are often used in herbal laxatives! I've now reduced to one capsule once a day to start and it had already made a difference. I do reccomend the product so far but... #canttrustafart”
