“Just bought these in h&b on the high street. Reading the label, you see %age ri- Magnesium 15% Potassium. 3% Calcium. 1% Looking at other tabs, I see reference values of 50%plus or even over 100%- why are the values so low in this? It also advises not to take more than 1 tablet per day. 1%? What is the use of that? Tastes alright tho.”
