- Two SaltStick Fastchews equate to 100mg Sodium, 30mg Potassium, 10mg Magnesium, and 6mg Calcium. These chewable tablets maintain electrolyte levels.

How To Use
Take two tablets at intervals of 15-30 minutes during physical activity. During long lasting physical activity or hot conditions, additional servings maybe taken but should not exceed the recommended daily dose of up to 50 tablets.
