Great for PMDD
“I bought these after discovering I had PMDD, I’m experimenting with vitamins at the moment to see what works. Due to medical reasons my hormones were all over the place very suddenly recently and I was worried what would happen/how I’d react when my cycle returned so I started taking these among others. It’s been about a month and I take it in the morning, my husband does too, and I really do think I have noticed a difference. I just feel more capable? I’m less anxious. My husband hasn’t noticed any difference but is still taking them in the hopes he will too. I definitely do feel differently, after even a few days. It could be the combination - I also take magnesium plus others, even if it is a placebo I’ll still buy them. I feel really happy they’re doing for me what I’d hoped. There’s no harm in trying and I definitely recommend them. I’ve done a lot of research and googling, I think in terms of quality of Ashwagandha and not all the other bulking things that often get added to vitamins that these are the best I’ve seen, I do find them to be on the pricey side and the bottle is half empty too when it comes. Since both my husband and I take these we ran out quickly and when I ordered again, I got the 3for2 deal on them. Pouring all three bottles into one fit perfectly! I will begrudgingly pay the price for these as I do think they’re helping although wish they weren’t so expensive/a little more affordable. I’ve suffered with PMDD for my whole life, only recently discovering that was what was going on this whole time, taking a range of vitamins including these plus swimming (which thanks to anxiety levels before taking these I wasn’t able to do) seem to really help me.”
