“Oh dear! These, at 200mg are way too strong for me! I had a terrible time the day after I tried one. Could barely leave the bathroom! And, TMI but peppermint burn is real! Painful, hot, itchy & really uncomfortable! I would not recommend these at all, or, at least start with a lower mg value & work up to these.”
