“Wow. I had this in my cupboard for over a year and didn't bother to use. I am 57 and noticed that recently my skin has begun to lose its elasticity particularly around my neck and my hands were starting to look older. I suddenly remembered the collagen and decided to give it a go with no real expectations. Usually takes a while to see a difference with food supplements after all. I couldn't believe it when after one tablet, I woke up the next day and my neck and face felt noticeably firmer. After taking one a day now for 5 days, I have seen a huge difference in skin tone and wrinkles. My hands look like they did 10 years ago. I don't know if the improvement will continue, and perhaps I should take more than one a day, but wow. I've told my mum and brother so I think they are on their way to purchase some. I am still completely mystified how one small tablet could affect such a large area. My knee also feels a bit better. Will wait to see if it helps my nails, which I think is why I originally bought it.”

Dramatically good for skin. But caution advised.
“These tablets work very quickly and have a dramatic effect on facial skin. My skin looks more youthful, healthier and skin tone is much more even. I look "photo-shopped". Now for the bad news: it had a bad effect on mood. I have become quite depressed on this supplement and whilst it isnt very serious. It is worrying. Apparently it depleted the amino acid tryptophan which Is a precursor to serotonin in the brain. Please be aware of this before starting this supplement. However the results are extreme.”
