Our organic jumbo oats are high in zinc, magnesium and fibre for an easy way to get the nutrients you need. They’re also a source of potassium, iron and protein. Combine with milk and drizzle with honey for a comforting porridge, or use them to make tasty flapjacks that are the perfect lunchbox addition. You can also grind our oats at home to make oat flour for delicious cakes, muffins or pancakes.

How to use?

• For easy overnight oats, combine them with milk and cinnamon and pop in a jar or a covered bowl in the fridge. Leave overnight, then top with yoghurt, blueberries, sliced banana, nuts and seeds in the morning
• Mix with maple syrup, vanilla extract, seeds and nuts for a tasty homemade granola
• Blend oats with milk and gently warm for a creamy porridge. Sprinkle with cinnamon or add chopped nuts for some extra flavour
