Shake the bottle before use. Children 3-5 years of age: Take 5ml once a day, approx 30 minutes before the morning or evening meal. Children 6-12 years of age: Take 10ml once a day, approx 30 minutes before the morning or evening meal. Adults and children over 12: Take 10ml twice a day, approx 30 minutes before morning and evening meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
