Our 100% whole grain oats, are loaded with minerals. They contain a source of iron, which is essential for normal formation of blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as magnesium, which is important for energy support and normal muscle function. Additionally, oats are a good source of beta-glucans.

- Blend into smoothies for an added source of fibre and nutrients
