Directions:

To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane in boiling water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.

Try flavouring this tisane with cinnamon or sweetening with honey or stevia.
