Directions:

Preparation: Install batteries, connect leads, clean the probe, and apply water based lubricant.

Insertion: Gently insert the lubricated probe until the flange remains outside, ensuring the metal sides face your hips.

Treatment: Select your programme and gradually increase the intensity until you feel muscle contraction, adjusting the level to remain comfortable.

Removal: Gently remove the probe by pulling the flange.

Aftercare: Disconnect the leads and thoroughly clean the probe after every use.
