How to Use

• For Aromatherapy: Add 4–6 drops to your diffuser or oil burner filled with water to fill the room with a clean, revitalising scent.
• For Massage: Dilute at a ratio of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as grapeseed or sweet almond oil) before applying to the skin.
