How to Use:

• In a Diffuser/Burner: Add 3–5 drops to water in your favourite diffuser or oil burner to fill your room with a sunny, sweet citrus scent.
• For Massage: Dilute up to 5 drops of essential oil per 10ml of a suitable carrier oil (such as sweet almond or jojoba oil) before applying to the skin.
