Directions:
Wash and dry nose area. This is important, the strip will not stick to wet, moisturised or oily skin
Pull apart and remove the protective backing
Apply Breathe Tape to nose, just above where the nostrils flare out and press down for 1O seconds to secure
Breathe Tape is best removed with warm water. Remove slowly and lift gently from both sides
